Refund policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies only to products purchased directly through doghazalusa.com, operated by Nimehav LLC.

Please review this policy before placing an order. Because our products are food and beverage items, return eligibility is limited for product safety, quality, and handling reasons.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for return, the product must be unopened, unused, sealed, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the order number or other proof of purchase.

Opened, used, unsealed, partially consumed, or otherwise ineligible food or beverage products cannot be returned unless the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or another exception required by law applies.

To request a return, contact us first at info@doghazalusa.com. Do not send any product back before your return is approved. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

For approved returns of unopened, unused, sealed products, you are responsible for return shipping when the return is due to buyer’s remorse, wrong item ordered, changed mind, or an unwanted product.

You are responsible for securely packaging the return and using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns that are lost, damaged, delayed, or misdelivered in return transit. Refunds may not be issued until the approved return is received and inspected.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing because of our error, we will provide a reasonable solution, which may include a replacement, refund, store credit, or return label where appropriate.

Return Shipping Deadline

Approved returns must be shipped back within 14 days of return approval. Returns shipped after that period may be refused or may not qualify for a refund.

Damaged, Incorrect, Defective, or Missing Items

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, contact us at info@doghazalusa.com within 7 days of delivery.

When contacting us, include your order number and photos of the product, packaging, shipping box, shipping label, and any visible damage or issue. Please keep the product and packaging until the issue is reviewed.

We may deny a request if the customer does not provide the documentation, photos, product details, packaging details, or carrier information reasonably needed to review the request.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, contact us at info@doghazalusa.com within 7 days of the delivery scan.

We may ask you to check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, building office, mailroom, carrier, or local post office. We will review the issue case by case, but we are not responsible for theft, loss, or misdelivery after carrier-confirmed delivery unless required by law.

Refused, Undeliverable, or Incorrect-Address Packages

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, failed delivery attempt, or failure to pick up the package, we may refund the product price after the package is received and inspected. Original shipping charges and related carrier fees are non-refundable. Reshipping may require a new shipping charge.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, except where required by law:

  • Opened, used, unsealed, or partially consumed food or beverage products.
  • Products damaged after delivery.
  • Products missing original packaging.
  • Final sale items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Products not purchased directly from doghazalusa.com.
  • Products sent back without prior return approval.

Discounted, Promotional, and Final Sale Items

Discounted or promotional items are returnable only if they otherwise meet the return requirements, unless they are clearly marked final sale at the time of purchase.

Final sale items are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit unless required by law.

Exchanges and Replacements

We do not offer traditional exchanges. For unopened, unused, sealed products, customers may request a return if eligible and place a new order.

For damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, we may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or another reasonable solution depending on the issue and applicable law.

Order Cancellations

Contact info@doghazalusa.com as soon as possible to request an order cancellation.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Orders cannot be canceled after they have shipped or entered fulfillment, but eligible unopened, unused, sealed products may still follow this Return and Refund Policy.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

If a return is required, the refund will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected. We will notify you whether the refund is approved.

Once a refund is approved, we will submit the refund to the original payment method within one business day. Your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the credit to your account.

Original shipping charges, shipping protection, handling fees, gift-wrap fees, and similar charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a damaged item, a defective item, an incorrect item, or where required by law.

Returned Items That Do Not Meet This Policy

We may refuse a return and no refund will be issued if the returned item does not meet the requirements of this policy, including if the product is opened, used, unsealed, damaged after delivery, missing original packaging, returned after the approved return window, or sent back without prior approval.

For food and beverage safety reasons, items that do not meet return requirements may not be reshipped back to the customer.

Fraud, Abuse, and Policy Misuse

We may refuse returns, refunds, replacements, credits, or future orders if we believe a request involves fraud, abuse, false information, repeated claims, unauthorized resale, marketplace resale, or misuse of this policy.

U.S. Orders Only

doghazalusa.com sells and ships products only within the United States. This policy does not include international or European Union return rights because doghazalusa.com does not currently sell or ship products outside the United States.
