This Shipping Policy applies only to products purchased directly through doghazalusa.com, operated by Nimehav LLC.
Please review this policy before placing an order. By placing an order through doghazalusa.com, you agree to the shipping terms below.
Shipping Area
doghazalusa.com sells and ships products only within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally or to the European Union.
Available shipping options may vary based on the delivery address, carrier availability, order size, and the shipping methods shown at checkout.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed and payment is approved. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays.
Processing times may be longer during holidays, high-volume periods, inventory review, weather disruptions, carrier delays, payment review, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If we are unable to process or ship your order within the stated timeframe, we may contact you with an update, revised shipping estimate, cancellation option, refund option, or other reasonable solution as required by applicable law.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated in real time at checkout using carrier rates from USPS and UPS, based on your delivery address and the size and weight of your order. All available shipping options and their exact costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Free Economy Shipping: retail orders of $59 or more qualify for free economy shipping within the United States. Economy shipping uses slower ground service and typically takes longer to arrive than the paid USPS and UPS options shown at checkout.
Delivery Estimates
Typical transit times after your order is processed and handed to the carrier:
- Free Economy Shipping (orders $59+): approximately 5 to 8 business days
- USPS and UPS calculated services: approximately 2 to 5 business days, depending on the service selected and your location
Exact shipping options and estimated delivery dates for your address are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates shown at checkout or in shipping confirmations are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Delivery time begins after the order has been processed and handed to the carrier. Actual delivery may vary based on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, service disruptions, address accuracy, and other factors outside our control.
Shipment Confirmation and Tracking
After your order ships, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for the selected shipping method.
Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to appear or update after the package has been accepted by the carrier.
Accurate Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, misdelivery, or returned packages caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@doghazalusa.com. Address changes are not guaranteed and may not be possible after an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.
Refused, Undeliverable, or Returned-to-Sender Packages
If a package is refused, undeliverable, returned to sender, not picked up, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may refund the product price after the package is received and inspected.
Original shipping charges and any related carrier fees are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the issue was caused by our error.
If you would like the order reshipped, a new shipping charge may apply.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, contact us at support@doghazalusa.com within 7 days of the delivery scan.
We may ask you to check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, building office, mailroom, carrier, or local post office.
We will review the issue case by case, but we are not responsible for theft, loss, or misdelivery after carrier-confirmed delivery unless required by law.
Damaged, Incorrect, Defective, or Missing Items
Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing, contact us at support@doghazalusa.com within 7 days of delivery.
When contacting us, include your order number and photos of the product, packaging, shipping box, shipping label, and any visible damage or issue. Please keep the product and packaging until the issue is reviewed.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing because of our error, we will provide a reasonable solution, which may include a replacement, refund, store credit, or return label where appropriate.
Food and Beverage Product Handling
Because our products are food and beverage items, please do not return any product without prior approval. Returns are handled under our Return and Refund Policy.
Opened, used, unsealed, partially consumed, or otherwise ineligible food or beverage products may not be accepted for return unless the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or another exception required by law applies.
Carrier Delays and Service Interruptions
We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, natural disasters, labor disruptions, service interruptions, incorrect carrier scans, or other events outside our reasonable control after an order has been handed to the carrier.
If a carrier delay affects your order, we will review the issue and assist where reasonably possible.
Order Cancellations Before Shipment
If you need to request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@doghazalusa.com.
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. Orders cannot be canceled after they have shipped or entered fulfillment. If your order has already shipped, eligible unopened, unused, sealed products may still follow our Return and Refund Policy.
